This is a third study for the cover. In this case, it’s of the other bear that appears on the cover. The process to get to these illustrations actually took a week of sketches before finding the required action pose. When it comes to an animal, it's much harder to find a movement that looks good. Perfect anatomy isn't necessary; as long as it looks good, that’s already a great achievement..
